Implementation Process
EMR transition completed in 4 steps
Current-State Assessment
We analyze your existing EMR environment, specialty structure, and data migration scope.
1–2 weeksCustom Design
We design specialty-specific templates, workflows, and permission structures, then finalize with your approval.
2–3 weeksBuild & Migration
System build, existing data migration, integration testing, and staff training are all completed in this phase.
3–6 weeksGo-Live & Support
A dedicated engineer supports stabilization after go-live, followed by monthly updates and ongoing technical support.
OngoingFrequently Asked Questions
Q.Can we migrate data from our existing EMR?
Yes. We support data migration from major Korean EMR systems including Uirang, Boas, and Bitcomputer. The scope and format of migratable data is confirmed in detail during the assessment phase.
Q.Can we choose between cloud and on-premises?
Both cloud (SaaS) and on-premises (installed on your servers) options are available. Institutions with strict data residency or privacy policies can opt for the on-premises deployment.
Q.How long does staff training take?
We provide role-specific training. Physician charting training averages 2–3 hours; nursing and administrative training is 3–4 hours. Written manuals and video training materials are also included.
Q.What does post-launch support and updates look like?
We deliver monthly feature updates and security patches. Urgent technical support is available by phone and remote session on weekdays 09:00–18:00 KST, with 24-hour response for critical issues.
